Our productions vary from seasonal fresh fruit (thanks to the forest fruit plant), extra virgin olive oil, vegetables from our garden and all those packages that derive from the direct transformation of agricultural products that we carry out in our company laboratory.
Our production of wild berries extends in a plant of about 2,000 square meters which is located right next to the Locanda. In the plant there are plants of white and red raspberries, currants, gooseberries, blackberries, wild strawberries and hazelnuts. Equally important is the olive grove of a total hectare divided into several plots.
Over 5,000 square meters of vegetable garden, allow the farm to have total self-sufficiency for the use of vegetables. The large company garden is located a few hundred meters from the Locanda and can be visited by our guests. The production of vegetables is the most varied but always attentive to the balance of nature and respectful of the environment.
Our farm, on the other hand, is located a few kilometers from the Locanda, in the Serra di Genga hamlet. In a protected environment away from the urban area, we mainly raise goats for direct use in our Locanda.
We also raise all kinds of farmyard animals (low court), such as hens, geese, guinea fowl, rabbits, etc.
Each product of our company is used directly in the preparation of the Locanda's dishes or sold directly to the consumer (fresh or transformed in our laboratory) thanks to the point of sale present in the company.
